Urgent Meeting - Lake Farm Planning Hearing

Lake Farm Planning Hearing - 5th March at 7pm Civic Centre, Uxbridge

You may be aware that a date has been set for the planning committee to hear the planning application to build a primary school on Lake Farm and Botwell Common.

This will take place on Tuesday 5th March at 7pm in the Council Chamber at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge.

I am therefore convening an urgent meeting to discuss the process and arrangements for the hearing.

This will take place on Saturday 2nd March at 11am in Botwell Social Centre, Botwell Lane, Hayes (between Botwell School and Botwell Church)

Please accept my apologies for the short notice; however I was only informed this week that it was going before the committee.

I do hope that you will be able to support us in this campaign.
