We now need to urgently mobilise a large scale community campaign to prevent the Council destroying our local green belt open spaces. Therefore, we are gathering as a group of local residents on Lake Farm, Botwell Lane to demonstrate our opposition to the development of this land.
As well as holding a candlelit vigil on Thursday 20th December at 7pm, we will also be holding a demonstration on Saturday 5th January at 11am, again meeting by the Skylark on Botwell Lane.
Please do come along and bring any placards or banners to highlight our call to protect this land.
